Saloni started her creative journey after graduating in apparel manufacture and design course in Mumbai. Having interned with well-known Indian fashion designers like Neeta Lulla, Saloni started her own handbag line that were quirky and supplied to stores across Mumbai. She also worked with many Indian embroidery artisans to get her hand drawn art embroidered on traditional Indian attire. The love of lifestyle and design brought Saloni to Sydney where she continued her studies at Billy Blue Interior Design College.
With her roots in fashion and the understanding of colours, concepts and textiles, Saloni started Cerulea Strokes - to push her boundaries in textile and surface design by creating  enchanting prints and patterns using watercolour art and digital manipulation.
Saloni says - "Australian flora and fauna deeply inspires me. I am so happy to be a part of Wmen's beautiful coral collection, to have designed it with awareness of coral bleaching and saving the Great Barrier Reef."
